Production, processing, utilities and market access are already framed as one operating logic.
The platform is not a single estate. It is a multi-node system connecting existing farmer clusters, 150,000 hectares of additional new farming land per zone for incoming tenants, ATCs, the Ajaokuta AIH and the Zariagi Agro-Air Hub into one commercial route.
Investor entry
Tenants do not need to start from zero.
The proposition combines land, utilities, aggregation, logistics, industrial nodes and investor-routing logic. That is what shortens time to occupancy and makes the site more bankable for tenants and partners.
Execution logic
The platform already carries node, utility, land and readiness logic.
Road, water, power, sewage, waste and operational-flow materials are already represented in the platform and can be converted into a stronger public-facing investor proposition and data room.
