Purpose of collection

The investor and partner enquiry form collects contact and proposal information so the Kogi SAPZ project office can screen, route and respond to expressions of interest. The information is not used to create an automatic decision, allocation or contractual commitment.

Information collected

The form may collect a name, organisation, role, email address, telephone number, participation route, preferred node, value chain, land or facility requirement, indicative investment range, project stage and proposal summary. A privacy-preserving submission fingerprint may be retained for abuse control; the website does not store the raw visitor IP address in the enquiry record.

Use, access and retention

Access is restricted to authorised website and project administrators. Information may be used to assess fit, request clarification, arrange engagement and maintain an auditable enquiry register. Retention should follow the approved project records schedule and applicable data-protection obligations.

Disclosure

Information should not be disclosed outside the authorised project governance and advisory structure except where required for assessment, law, regulation, safeguards, audit or an agreed controlled transaction process.
