Integrated agro-industrial delivery platform
Kogi SAPZ is structured as an integrated agro-industrial system spanning the 254 ha Ajaokuta Agro-Industrial Hub, the three 20 ha Agricultural Transformation Centres at Anyigba, Osara and Alape, and the 364 ha Zariagi Agro-Air Hub. The platform combines farmer aggregation, primary processing, industrial conversion, common-user utilities, logistics, quality control and export interface.
Planning basis. Existing farmer clusters are separate from the 150,000 ha of additional farming land per zone reserved for incoming tenants.

Operating logic
The ATCs work as feeder nodes for aggregation, grading, storage and crop-specific first-stage processing. Ajaokuta AIH serves as the main industrial conversion platform. Zariagi extends the system into high-value domestic and export channels.
